Privacy policy
LC Stats does not ask you to create an account. This policy explains what is stored when you take a reading. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
What you submit
When you take a reading, the site receives the profile URL, the time, and the counts shown on the result. That snapshot is saved so the next reading of the same profile can show the change. The saved record includes the platform, the public handle, the profile address, the display name, and the metrics.
Sample and live data
Until an official API key is added, the counts are generated on this server as a sample. They are tied to the profile address so the same profile stays consistent, and they are not fetched from Facebook, YouTube, X, Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok. When a live API is switched on, the site will request that platform’s public statistics and store the response it is allowed to receive.
Cookies and logs
The site uses a session cookie so the form can be submitted securely. The server may also keep ordinary technical logs, such as the address of the browser and the page requested, to operate and protect the site. LC Stats does not sell this information and does not use it for advertising profiles.
How long it is kept
Snapshots stay until the operator deletes them. You can ask for the readings of a specific profile to be removed by writing to [email protected] and including the profile URL.
Other pages on this domain
Short-link pages on this domain are a separate feature. They may record a click in the LinkCollider database, which is not the LC Stats database. This policy covers the LC Stats homepage, terms, and privacy pages.
